TINE VINDELØV –
Tines core passion is to understand what it is to live in fulfilled, natural expression of creativity, fun, meaning and depth from the inside and out in to action.
For 30 years she has been supporting others in connecting with their inner resources and aliveness and in liberating themselves from limiting self-images. Tine has dived deeply into exploring the interconnection between mind, feeling and body. She intergrates theoretical knowledge of coaching, Body oriented psychotherapy and communication skills, into her practice.
One of her core interests, is to understand our source of our suffering: “How we make ourselves miserable” and therefore how we can stop the suffering and live a life in fulfilment, joy and deep connection to others.
Besides 10 years of intensive engagement in Zen Coaching - including now leading the Polish and the Danish Zen Coaching training - Tine has 26 years of professional experience as a Body oriented psychotherapist and holds a bachelor degree in Relaxation and Psychomotor Therapy.
Her inspiration comes from mindfulness based Zen Coaching developed by Kåre Landfald, the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Compassionate Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, Trauma Healing by Peter Levine, The Work by Byron Katie, the knowledge about essence and inquiry from AH Almaas, Communication by Carl Rogers, Appreciative Inquiry and her father Stig Vindeløv, who was passionately interested in philosophy, Taoism and the benefit of being present in the moment.
Tine’s work with individual clients is characterized by an integrated sensitivity and respect for each person she works with. She has the ability to work with a wide range of situations meeting people in a relaxed way and on an equal level, seeing each individual as a unique person with their own needs.
Tine has developed an ability to see the beauty in any difficulty enabling her to support transformation of the most problematic feelings and situations such as shame and deep rooted fear in a way that transforms people’s lives with lasting depths.
As a facilitator Tine has a natural flair for connecting theory and experiential realisation in a way that gives her participants a deep integration and personal ownership of the teaching she presents.
