The training leads to certification as Coach in the International Zen Coaching Network. You can also complete the training modules without committing to the certification process. If you want to certify as Coach in the International Zen Coaching Network, the practice requirements include:

• Complete at least 7 hours of listening practice and 7 hours of speaking practice
• Complete at least 8 hours of inquiry practice
• Receive at least 15 one-hour Zen Coaching sessions
• Offer at least 25 one-hour Zen Coaching sessions
• Study 5 books
• Complete a report of learnings from the practice process
