In this module we enter more deeply into the heart, into deep listening, authentic expression, and powerful questioning. We explore the principles and practices of nonviolent communication, or empathic, honest & heart-connecting communication. We look into the art of living authentic relationships in all areas of life – family, love life, friendships, work, and social action. We explore how to deal with all the hurts and wounds we carry, and how to care for, support and integrate the qualities of our Inner Child. We learn how to hold space for others when they explore their heart wounds and their relationship challenges. We learn to shift from the ‘drama triangle’ way of living, to the ‘empowerment dynamic’ of true support, challenge from the heart, and full creative agency beyond all sense of victimhood.
Prerequisite:
To join you must be registered for the Zen Coaching Training and have completed Module 1 and Module 2.

Room and board:
4.700SEK for a double room at Ängsbacka Course Center. Some single rooms are also available at an extra charge.
A cost for banking fees of 100 NOK will be added to invoices over 4 000 NOK.
