International Zen Coaching Community Gathering –
15 Year Anniversary Celebration of Zen Coaching
Ängsbacka, 5 November – 8 November 2020
with Kåre Landfald and Coach team
Welcome to the second International Zen Coaching Community Gatheringa
Come and join the celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Founding of Zen Coaching, back in 2005! Since then a lot has happened. We have completed 26 full one year trainings in four countries. We have held several thousand workshops and retreats. Tens of thousands of people from around the world have come in contact with Zen Coaching, often with life-changing impact. Network members have carried out support projects with ex prisoners, in schools, in hospitals, for people with eating disorders, and much more. The network has started a social action project in the townships of Cape Town, and supported people with free coaching during the coronavirus crisis. Our family has become stronger, many deep friendships and relationships have been created, and even some ‘zen babies’ have arrived! The teachings have evolved and become even deeper and more effective. And all this has happened organically, with a lot of ease, joy and co-creative spirit (most of the time!). Let’s come together and celebrate all the gifts flowing in and through the Network over these last 15 years!
You are warmly invited to these days of connection, celebration, workshops, dance, live music, sharing, inquiry, coaching practice, inspiration and learning, transformation, great food, outdoor fires, sauna, meeting friends, making new friends, finding project collaborators, and much more!
This event is open for everybody who has completed the Zen Coaching Training, or who is in the process of completing it. We have set the event cost low to enable as many as possible to join.
The purpose of the gathering is to celebrate life, build friendships and community, support each other, enjoy each other, create together, inspire each other, become a stronger force for positive contribution to the world together – and much more!
This event is also a fund-raiser for the Zen Coaching Social Action Project in Cape Town called Tuning Into Reality, which aims to provide access to Zen Coaching tools through workshops to thousands of disadvantaged people living in the townships outside Cape Town. 50% of the profit from this event goes to the Cape Town Project.
The gathering will include time when we are all together, such as morning gatherings, afternoon meditation and evening celebration, and time where everyone can focus on what is their own priority and interest at the moment. This can be to attend a workshop, to work on a collaboration project, to receive or give a coaching session, to practice inquiry together, to go for a walk in the forest together, or anything else. We will have the Ängsbacka café as our common space for the whole gathering. Every day we will have 1 hour sharing in sharing groups of 6-8 persons.
NB! You do NOT need to have completed your certification, or have been active with Zen Coaching practice recently, to join and enjoy this event! This is an opportunity for the whole community to gather and connect and be inspired, irrespective of how active each one has been since completing the training modules.
We have booked all of Ängsbacka for these days, and have space for up to 100 participants. We are looking for a big, powerful, festive, connecting and inspiring international community gathering of the Zen Coaching Network!
