Warmly welcome to the annual gathering for our Zen Coaching Community at Kärlingesund, 9-13 October 2024!
This event is open for everybody who has completed the Zen Coaching Training, or who is in the process of completing it. Please note that you do NOT need to have completed your certification, or have been active with Zen Coaching practice recently, to join and enjoy this event! This is an opportunity for the whole community to gather and connect and be inspired, irrespective of how active each one has been since completing the training modules.
This year we are inviting us all for a get-together in the spirit of YELLOW ESSENCE, and for us to ignite our curiosity, playfulness, and lighthearted joy together. Which also means: to explore and transform the limiting beliefs and inner blockages that keep us disconnected from this deep inner resource and great positive nourishment in life.
PLAY is such an inherent quality to life! And maybe we can even say: where there is play, life thrives. Life loves to play. When being flows, life plays. We are the play of the universe!
For sure – in everyday life it can be very difficult to stay connected with lightheartedness, curiosity and joy. Both on a personal and a collective level we are faced with a lot of pain, difficulties and suffering. And much of our collective and personal suffering is human-created, through conflict, war, greed, selfishness, lack of listening, lack of care for each other and our ecosystems, and so much more. And through all media channels we are bombarded 24 hours a day with dozens or hundreds of reasons for NOT feeling joyful, lighthearted or in profound celebration of life.
And yet: when we connect with the Yellow Essence it reminds us that life and Being in itself is a miraculous, magical and wonderful occurrence, irrespective of the conditions life is presenting us with. And we realize also, then, that if we want to contribute to the betterment of the life of the people around us, and the world at large, perhaps nothing will help us more in that task than being in touch with Yellow Essence.
Yellow essence supports us in transforming walls into portals — and lets us be surprised by how the intelligence of life moves in unexpected, healing ways.
In its depth playfulness and the curiosity of the heart embodies deep understanding and compassion for our complex human nature. The Yellow Essence supports us to see the world with tender and forgiving eyes, and not lose touch with the sacredness, beauty and mystery, even when we are forced to swim in deep waters or face deep pain in ourselves and others.
This gathering will be full of celebration, while also deepening into how we can meet our triggers, challenges and obstacles with more ease and curiosity – in our own life, and as a coach or friend for others. In that way we can create new pathways of connection where life and love can move, both in our personal lives, in our client’s lives, and in our communities.
