Workshop with Roger Marklund in Stockholm
In this workshop we will learn about beautiful needs and how we can create true connection in our relationships.
There is a beautiful need behind the choices we make and the actions we take. When we are in conflict, we believe there is a right and wrong. Often I am right and you are wrong! We hold on to our version of truth and how we want things to be because we desperately want to be understood by the other. Inside a conflict, both partners are trying to be heard yet have difficulty hearing the other. Also we might not even know ourselves what our true feelings and our deeper needs are in the situation, but rather express opinions and demands. Learning to speak and listen with respect to feelings and needs is a true healing change inside oneself, and in our ability to relate with others. This is a powerful tool for nourishing and satisfying relationships, with your partner, friends and family or at work. In this workshop we will learn about beautiful needs and how we can overcome the obstacles stopping us from true connection.
