Teaching and facilitating Living Presence practices is a rich arena for personal growth, a fulfilling activity in itself, and also a great opportunity to contribute to others and the world. For those interested in developing your facilitation skills and confidence, you can sign up for the full program, a shared 7 month journey
CONTENT FOR THE FULL 7 MONTH PROGRAM
1. WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Thursday 5 November 17.00 – Sunday 8 November at 15.00
at Sörby Retreat Center, Halland, Sweden.
Teacher: Kåre Landfald
2. STUDIES
Videos and selected readings.
We will work especially with two books:
- The Unfolding Now, by A.H. Almaas
- The Zen Way of Counselling, by Svagito Liebermeister
Plus teachings provided by Kåre.
3. DEVELOPING STRUCTURES FOR WORKSHOPS
Written preparation of 2–4 workshop structures, based on outlines provided by Kåre, with feedback provided.
4. FACILITATION PRACTICE
Monthly facilitation practice with co-students, or externally; minimum four events in total.
These may be online listening evenings for the public, simple 2–3 hour events with just a few participants (like friends or co-students), or more ambitious external events.
5. ONLINE INTEGRATION
Two 2.5 hour online meetings with Kåre, with harvesting, integration, and teachings.
Monthly integration sharing with another participant.
Two 2.5-hour online supervision sessions in smaller groups (max 6 persons)

FULL PROGRAM
PAID AT THE START:
Cost of weekend workshop + 2 900 NOK
PAID IN INSTALMENTS:
You can pay the 2 900 NOK in two instalments if necessary, with the first payment by 1 December and the second by 1 March 2027
JUST THE WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Course fee: 3 900 NOK
Room & Board: 2 800 NOK in double room, or 2 200 NOK for dormitory in the workshop space or tent.
Purpose of the program
This program is meant to be of service to you if you
- want to kick-start your actual facilitation, if you are not already engaged in it
- or if you are already facilitating and want to deepen your skills.
The main focus will be on learning by doing. You will build confidence and skills through actual facilitation and receiving support throughout the whole journey.
Developing teaching and facilitation skills can also deepen your skills for individual coaching sessions.
These skills are equally valuable in all kinds of co-creative situations, including our relationships, and can become a powerful catalyst for personal growth and fulfilment.
By joining the program, you not only support yourself as a facilitator. You also strengthen the Living Presence Community by helping improve our offerings within the Hubs, and expanding our reach by sharing the teachings through your own voice.
This training is a foundational program that will be followed by further facilitator training offerings later. It is perfect for you who are already in an active Hub or have a desire to create one in your local area.

The weekend will contain basic teachings and a significant amount of actual practice with harvesting, integration and learning. It will be practical and support you in getting started with facilitating events, or further developing your events if you are already offering events.
