This webinar is an introduction to and a taste of Zen Coaching held by Kavina Thorslund. Kavina is a coach and therapist with over 20 years of working with people. Her background includes Zen Coaching, inner child work, Osho therapy, NVC, non-duality, body work and shamanic body de-armoring. Currently she is back at university studying for a master in Psychology.
