Are you ready?
The Zen Coaching Training is a profound personal journey, and a coach training with a unique inner focus. It includes tools and practices that you can immediately bring into your life and your coaching practice. Upon completion of the training and practice requirements you become a certified coach in the Zen Coaching Network.
Currently the training is offered in Sweden and Poland.
It is a one-year journey that consists of four modules of 5 days each (20 days) plus practice between modules. The modules are either offered as residential trainings in a retreat center, or as city workshops.
The structure of the Zen Coaching training
Each training element focuses on specific life topics and it always includes a process of personal development combined with specific coaching principles and skills. Individual coaching and personal practice are carried out between modules.
Who is the training suitable for?
Training in Zen Coaching is designed for people working with people, such as managers, teachers, social workers, coaches and counselors. The training is suitable for anyone who wants to support others from a deeper place than what is normally done in management, coaching and counselling. It is also valuable if you are mainly interested in connecting deeply with yourself and others, and in living a life of deepened fulfillment. During the training, you will go through a profound process of self-discovery, transformation and strengthening of presence.
After completion of the training, you will be able to support others to self-discovery, transformation, clarity and effective action in a coaching process based on effortless presence.
No special skills are required, although previous experience in management, coaching, counseling, meditation, non-violent communication and other forms of personal growth practice is a significant advantage.

There are normally two different reasons for starting on the Zen Coaching Training:
Personal – for your own personal benefit, including the benefit of your personal relationships and further well-being and personal exploration and growth.
Professional– in order to start working professionally as a coach, or to gain skills to be used in your existing role as manager, coach, therapist or similar.
After completion of the training you may want to start your work as a professional coach, use your new understandings and skills in the work you already do, or simply enjoy the new perspectives and tools you have received in the way you live your everyday life.
